"We booked this cozy cottage for two weeks in mid-October. Donna was wonderful. She reached out prior to the stay to chat through the VRBO site and as we got closer she shared things to do and see in Louisburgh and other close towns. We communicated through Whats App once we landed at Shannon Airport (2.5 hours away). She met us at the house to show us how to use the applicances, turn on the water to the showers, lock the doors, etc. She also had flowers and a card for our wedding anniversary...

"Fabulous home and location!! Perfect for a large group including all ages. My wife, baby and I stayed in the attached studio, while my parents, mother in law, sister and nephews where in the 4-bedroom 2-bathroom main house. "Excellent home for 3 generation family ages 8 to 80. Plenty of room for the kids inside and out and separate from the adults. Beautiful Clew Bay views from the house, quiet peaceful walks by the sea in the mornings and evenings, and good surfing beaches nearby. "A quaint, older home that is great for groups and children. The home was very cleanly. It’s close to the city center. You could walk to town in approximately 25-30 minutes; however, it’s quite hilly and there aren’t walking paths initially. Friendly and fast communication with the host. Had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again!"

Kitchen was missing some essentials (no coffee maker, no salad spinner, no covered casserole dish, no salad bowl,. But the washing machine leaked badly, gushing water.The drying rack was broken.This well situated cottage has three bedrooms and once things are fixed and the house instructions are you improved it could be ok. A table broken since October has not been fixed 6 months later.I...
