This spacious, comfortable, fully equipped apartment is in one of the nicest and safest areas of Guayaquil. It's close to everything, with bars and restaurants on the ground floor of the building.

Bedrooms and beds:
- Main bedroom: queen bed with a private full bathroom
- Second bedroom: twin bed with a private full bathroom
- An extra twin mattress and a sofa bed in the living room

Equipped kitchen: rice cooker, microwave and everything you need to cook like at home.
-Blackout curtains so you can rest well.
- Washer and dryer in the apartment, ideal for longer stays.
- Smart lock: arrive and walk in without waiting for anyone.

- We're kid friendly! We have a crib (playpen) with its sheets. Just let us know before you arrive and we'll have it set up for you.

Guest access

- Building amenities (top floor, access with your building card):

Pool: Tuesday to Saturday 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM, Sunday 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM. Closed Mondays for maintenance.
Gym: every day, 6:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Jacuzzi (30 min) and sauna (20 min): ask at the front desk in advance so they can heat them up. Both are subject to availability.

Parking: paid parking is $15 per night and we arrange it before you arrive. Depending on availability, it's either in the building's underground garage or in a nearby lot, no more than a 2-minute walk away.

PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING

- Right of admission: for everyone's safety, we ask for the ID or passport number of every guest and run a criminal background check. Guests with a criminal record won't be allowed to enter.

For last-minute bookings, if we find a criminal record after the booking is confirmed, the refund will be at most 25% of the total, because of the cancellation process and the days the apartment was blocked.

- Physical ID required: at check-in, you must show your original ID or passport, in physical form, at the front desk. Without it, the building won't let you in, and the refund will also be at most 25%.

Building rules:

- No parties
- No loud music and no speakers in the social areas
- No visitors
- No pets
- No walking around the building in swimwear or a towel, shirtless or barefoot (this is only allowed in the social area)
- No food or alcoholic drinks in the lobby or in the common and social areas
- Delivery orders must be picked up in the lobby
- Enter the building through the main entrance (on the hill side)
- No professional photography on the premises

The building's management may issue penalties if these rules aren't followed.
