With capacity for 4 people, private pool and magnificent mountain views, it is a perfect option for couples, families or small groups looking to disconnect and enjoy the essence of inland Málaga. 🌿✨



The property has 3 bedrooms, all of them air-conditioned. The master bedroom features a 150 cm double bed, whilst the other two bedrooms each have a 90 cm single bed. The house also has a spacious interior bathroom with shower tray and a practical exterior toilet next to the pool and barbecue area, especially convenient during outdoor days.



The lounge is bright and welcoming, equipped with Smart TV, WiFi and air conditioning, creating a pleasant space to rest after a day exploring the area. The entire property has air conditioning and heat pump throughout.



🍴 The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils. The property also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.



☀️ Undoubtedly, one of the great attractions of the accommodation are its outdoor spaces. The property has a terrace of approximately 60 m² and an elevated viewpoint of around 30 m², from which you can enjoy the landscape and savour the tranquillity of the rural setting.



🏊 The private swimming pool, approximately 4.5 x 2.5 metres with a depth between 1.10 and 1.27 metres, is perfect for cooling off during the warmest days. Around it you will find sun loungers, parasol, outdoor furniture and pool towels. There is also an outdoor cold water shower.



🍖 The outdoor area also features an electric barbecue and sink, ideal for preparing pleasant meals and dinners outdoors whilst enjoying privacy and views.



🚗 The plot is fenced and has private parking for 2 vehicles, providing comfort throughout your stay. The property also has mosquito screens.

IMPORTANT: As this is a rural setting, there are usually a couple of cats living in the area around the property's exterior who may occasionally approach the terraces, sun loungers or outdoor furniture. We recommend taking this into account, especially for travellers with allergies or those who prefer to avoid contact with animals.



📍 Its location allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside without being isolated from main services. Guaro is about 3 km away, Coín 11 km and Sierra de las Nieves National Park about 16 km. You can also discover Tolox Spa, Jorox Waterfall and numerous nature trails.



For those wanting to combine countryside and coast, Marbella is about 27 km away and Costa del Sol beaches from approximately 30 km, whilst Málaga and its cultural offerings are about 45 km away.
