On the ground floor, a cozy living room with arches overlooking the ancient stable, and an open kitchen create a unique environment, separated by the characteristic three-sided fireplace made with Livorno stone paving. swimming pools are closed in winter, low and mid season. In low and mid season could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request.
The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to arrival date to open and 2 weeks to heat the swimming pools. Services are not
available for last minute bookings (less then 3 weeks before arrival).
