"Very well located with lots of facilities. Next to Beijing Road and near enough to the metro system. The room was comfortable with good amenities. The hotel also offered an excellent breakfast spread, free supper and decent gym and laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and willing to help. "

"First room we were given was weird shape. Advised front desk immediately we wanted room change. This was completed mid day next morning. This room was exactly what we expected. We were staying for month, so needed good room. Close to everything! Shops, Beijing road, underground. Safe in room, but as this was 'free standing' seemed pointless to use, but as is usual in China camera's everywhere so security not really an issue. Without room change, and weird safe I would give this place a big 5...

"Overall, everything is in order. It is a quiet place and the room is adequately spacious for 2 . The room is clean and the pillows and beds are nice to tuck in each night. Of course we have difficulty adjusting the Aircon switch and tv as we do not read Chinese instructions.But we asked the cleaning lady and she assisted to adjust and explained each step. Yuki ,the front desk lady whom we met on the very first and last day gave us a very good impression of hotel 1st class hospitality service! ...

"Os apartamentos estão precisando de uma boa reforma . Fui colocado em um que havia mofo no teto , e solicitei a mudança para outro , estava um pouco melhor , mas as condições não estão boas . Cama muito dura , sofá bem Velho !!! Está muito mal cuidado . Bem diferente de quando estive em 2017. Certamente não será uma opção para mim , na minha próxima viagem para China !!! O bom do Flat é que no subsolo dele existe a estação de metrô , ajuda muito ! N "

"O hotel parecia meio estranho num primeiro momento por não ter fachada na rua, pois fica dentro de um grande edifício que comporta vários hotéis e empresas. Depois que vc pega a chave do quarto, o único impecilho passa a ser a demora do elevador. São só dois para muitos andares, o que é um pouco desagradável. O apartamento era muito bom, super grande e confortável. "
