"Loved having a large room with a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Our host was very pleasant and helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend and found the house to be well isolated, despite nearby neighbors, and easy access to groceries and beaches. "

"You’re renting the location, and it’s fantastic. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful. One of the chairs was broken and I told the property management. No problem. Strangely the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed, but it wasn’t a big deal. We...

"Stayed here with my wife and dog. Can comfortably fit a family of four no problem though. Its a nice, comfortable, and cozy house. The value of this listing is the location and view however. We bbqd on the back patio, with a view of the ocean. Tough to beat that. Will be staying again. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean, newly remodeled, there is no personal clutter, and the size is perfect for a couple or small family. It almost looks like a house that's staged for selling, everything just looks new/fresh and modern, yet very comfortable. We prefer king beds, but the queen beds were very comfortable. The only minor downside really is the fact that you can't walk anywhere - everything requires the car, especially if you want to go to a beach or restaurant....

"This home was absolutely amazing. Every detail was exquisite, and the view of the ocean in all the rooms was beyond extraordinary. The two suites were quite large and included fireplaces, giant TVs, and an ocean view to die for. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The bedroom I stayed in on the main floor had a fireplace, a large TV, and a fantastic view. The bathroom in my bedroom had a soaking tub, a large TV, and a fireplace. Such extravagance.
