In Gstadt am Chiemsee, only 150 meters away from the shore of the Chiemsee, opposite the Fraueninsel, lies our sustainable and smart vacation apartment, central and yet very quiet and protected. From here there is much to experience and numerous excursion options.

Our modern equipped ☆☆☆☆☆ vacation home has everything you want for a relaxing vacation with your family, as a couple or even alone. For your vacation in Chiemgau, our smart vacation apartment holds a comfortable underfloor heating and cooling, fast WLAN and a view of the Chiemsee.

The vacation apartment is particularly energy efficient, has a central ventilation system and is modern yet timelessly furnished.
Thanks to photovoltaics and a smart battery, we produce more than twice as much energy as we consume ourselves.
A private garden area with views of Lake Chiemsee, mountains and Fraueninsel offers retreat after an eventful day of vacation.

The bright living and dining area allows thanks to the 6m² large panoramic window the view outside into the greenery and to the Chiemsee.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction stove and oven, egg boiler, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Along the Chiemsee shore you will find many well-kept beach resorts. 150m away from our vacation apartment is our nearest free bathing access.
Individual hidden bathing bays can be reached in10 minutes on foot.

On the Chiemsee, sailors and surfers take advantage of the good wind conditions. Canoes, paddle boats, electric boats and pedal boats can also be rented on site.

Whether a short bike tour or an ambitious mountain bike tour, the Chiemgau offers a variety of options for cyclists and mountain bikers of any length and constitution. For tours on and around the lake or up one of the surrounding mountains, bicycles, mountain bikes and electric bikes can be rented from us just around the corner.
Enjoy the view and happiness on our numerous Chiemgau hiking trails around the lake or on one of the nearby mountain peaks. After a short hike, many alpine huts will spoil you not only with a fantastic view, but also always with a delicious snack and a refreshing drink.

Backpacks for your trips we have provided for you in the apartment. And for your extra good sleep we have different pillows for your choice.

In winter you can look forward to the annual Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding, perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails as well as the nearby vacation ski areas Winklmoos, Steinplatte, Kampenwand or St. Johann Tirol.
Since the lake is also frozen from time to time, you can curling or simply walk to the Fraueninsel.
