The Cocoonr agency is offering this holiday home for rent in Gruissan, situated 700 metres from the beach, with a floor area of 44 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests.

It comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen, including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a wardrobe
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

On the mezzanine:
- A sitting area with a pull-out bed (providing two sleeping spaces measuring 90x200) and a TV

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, fan.

Outdoors:
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with a bioclimatic pergola and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A shared, unheated swimming pool measuring 12×6 m. It is secured by a fence and access is controlled by a keycard.
Open from 15 June to 15 September, from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. We ask that you strictly adhere to these times for safety reasons.
