From the landscaped terrace on the ground floor, as well as from the two bedrooms on the upper floor and, of course, from the sun-drenched roof terrace, you can enjoy views across the swimming lagoon to the sea.

The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area, a superbly equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a WC.

Fantastic views across the lagoon to the open sea can be enjoyed from the two bedrooms on the upper floor. The bathroom with shower and sink is also located on this floor.

The sun-drenched roof terrace, accessible from the upper floor via an external staircase, offers panoramic views of the swimming lagoon, the sea, and the mountains.

Parking is available directly in front of the house.
