Welcome to our apartment on the second and top floor of our family home, in the center of beautiful Gruissan. Shops, including a pharmacy and the market, are within 100 meters.



This bright and spacious place, full of character, promises you an unforgettable stay. With two bedrooms, a mezzanine, and space for six guests, it’s perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway.



The mezzanine is not suitable for young children; a safety gate is installed at the bottom of the stairs for secure access.



From the moment you arrive, you’ll be charmed. The view lets you admire the Barberousse Tower, the lagoon, and La Clape, creating a picturesque setting for your vacation. You’re right at the starting point for La Clape hikes.



The generous 90 m² area provides plenty of space to relax and unwind. The living room is ideal for gathering with family or friends after a day exploring Gruissan’s wonders.



On the ground floor, you’ll find space to store beach gear, bikes, windsurfing, kitesurfing equipment, and more.
