Gruetli Laager

"The cottage was not only in the perfect location, only 7 minutes from hands, the best splash pad/park “miracle on a mountain”, 3 of Tennessee’s most beautiful and peaceful waterfalls/swimming holes (blue hole falls, fiery gizzard, big creek, greeter falls, and many more tbh) but the community is amazing. Previous reviews must have been taken into consideration because the two AC units provided perfect living conditions during peak July heat waves. And anything I needed during my stay, from...

"I was a bit disappointed about the fact that I booked for a whole week and had not enough toilet paper or trash bags. If I’m traveling and booking for a week it’s so I can save on cooking as well! Couches were so dirty didn’t even sit on them. The only one rr for a 6 people stay one mirror, also restroom was moldy at roof. Love the property and the nature just those things that would be better if it improved!"

Tracy City

"We had an amazing stay after going to a concert at The Caverns! The property is beautiful and was the perfect size for two people. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The only downside was the cleaning fee. It felt a bit expensive, especially since guests are asked to complete a fairly extensive checkout cleaning list before leaving. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others visiting the area!"

"I did not have a good experience booking this property through Expedia. Communication with the host was a challenge, the property was not ready for check-in - had to sit and wait on cleaning crew to finish. Shower liner in bathroom had mold and mildew stains and when I messaged the host, I received an AI generated response just saying "Thanks for letting us know." There was no effort to replace the liner during our stay or apply a discount when requested. Also, we were not provided with the...
