"The house was in perfect condition and the owners very gentle."

"6 adults ranging from 19 years to 60 years.Lots to do and a freat property. Only downside for us was the lacknof air conditioning despite the listing saying it was there. However the blinds helped regulate the heat"

"We rented this house for three weeks and were joined by family and friends! It was spacious and open, a well-appointed kitchen and a lovely pool and surrounding deck. It was an absolutely perfect spot for us to gather!!!"

"Beautiful house with a spacious garden and private pool. Fully equipped for a family holiday with high quality equipment. Bikes available and La Rochelle just a bike ride away. Close to the beautiful Ile de Re.Great communication from the owner before and during our stay.I would highly recommend this house for a stay!"

"Lovely property in an ideal location within walking distance of a beautiful beach, shops, restaurants and the village of Talmont.The villa is well equipped and we all enjoyed the pool. It was very hot during our visit and fans in the bedrooms would have been appreciated.Communication with Axelle was excellent and she was quick to respond to any queries."

"The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

Merci d'accepter les animaux dans cette villa! Ce grand couloir était un super terrain de jeu pour mon chien et les lancer de balles ! Mention spéciale pour Virginie, la dame qui nous a accueillis. Très souriante, elle nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise dans cette belle demeure et nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses !"

"Lovely property, we felt very at home. The setting is perfect for a quiet break but also easily accessible for all amenities. The outdoor area is lovely for relaxing and sitting under the shade of the olive tree when its hot is a must. The communication with the hosts was exceptional and they kept us up to date when there was an issue with the pool cover and a delivery. I highly recommend this property and host."

"This property was ideal for our large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen, patio and pool area was spacious, open and well laid out. The theater was great too. We loved the flowers everywhere around the property. Steven was very helpful and friendly to work with on any questions."
