High Meadows Cottage on 16 Acres property, No Pet Fee

High Meadows Cottage is a peaceful retreat, private 450 square foot studio style cottage set back from the road and surrounded by majestic pine trees.
1 Queen size bed
1 Queen size sofa bed (pull out couch).

Walk out from the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of private property including a private stocked fishing pond ready for you to fish or just enjoy the view. This cottage is one of the 3 cottages that we have in this property. Just minutes from a super Kroger, Walmart, Applebeeā€™s, Longhorn steakhouse, Diablo, Aldeā€™s, Fiveguys and many other restaurants.
Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, plus complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and creamer.

We strictly adhere to our cancelation policy. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance.

We do have a private fishing pond on the property for our guests only. The pond is stocked with bass and bream. But Recently the water has gotten muddy due to rain and construction in the neighboring property. We are waiting for it to settle again and clear. Guests may bring fishing poles and enjoy fishing, but we cannot guarantee that guests will catch fish. Many wild deer are visiting our 16 acre property in the evenings and early mornings. They graze on the Many Deer are visiting this property during the day. They come and go as they wish. They graze in the pastures and drink from the pond . A variety of birds such as Blue jays, Cardinals, owls, hawks, hummingbirds, Woodpeckers... nested in our wooded areas in the property that we enjoy watching and listening to them.

For health reasons, dogs are not allowed to swim in fishing pond or drink from it (please see the Arial picture of the property for the fishing pond location). dogs must be on leash when they are outside.

Our maximum length of stay is 3 weeks. All inquiries for longer than 3 weeks will be declined.
All payments must be submitted and processed via this platform. We do not accept personal or company checks or any other methods.
Pets are allowed: Maximum 3 (we don't have a pet fee )

Five stars for High Meadows Cottage. It was perfect for my short visit to the Grovetown area. The cottage was tastefully decorated, offered everything needed for temporary lodging, and was very clean. Its location provided a relaxing, private atmosphere, and was conveniently located to restaurants, recreational facilities, stores, etc. I would definitely lodge at Hight Meadows Cottage again.

We stayed at the Cottage while attending the Masters. We enjoyed our stay. The host communicated prior to our visit providing information about the Cottage and the amenities provided, and restaurants in the area. She was very helpful and responsive in addressing questions we had prior to our visit. We really enjoyed our stay and have made reservations to stay again next year.

My son, myself, and my son's fishing partner stayed here for a fishing tournament on Clark's Hill Lake. The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having a safe place to park our boat. Highly recommend. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive.

The high meadows cottage was amazing. Jasmine and Will really cover all areas to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Very clean, neat, and organized. It really fit my needs during my visit to groove town. I would definitely recommend High Meadows Cottage to friends and family.

This is our second stay at High Meadow Cottage. We still didnā€™t take advantage of the disc golf course, but we spent every evening outside enjoying the grill and the outdoor seating area with friends and family. Highly recommend! I would even feel comfortable staying as a solo traveler.

Beautiful, super clean cottage that comes equipped with everything you need. Large bathroom and small but fully functional kitchen. The space feels light and fresh with great natural light. Very convenient location to Augusta amd surrounding areas!

My husband and I along with our two dogs stayed for three nights while visiting cousins in Grovetown. We agree that all of the reviews are totally accurate, it was a wonderful place and would rate it higher than 5 stars if we could. The hosts have thought of everything to meet the needs of a traveler. Our favorite memory was spending time in the evening with family making Sā€™mores and looking up at the stars around the fire pit.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a week and it was absolutely lovely. The place is small but not cramped, everything was clean and accurately described in the listing. The internet wasn't the fastest, but that is to be expected. Outside the cottage is gorgeous, and you can often see deer at night which is amazing. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Evans area!

Very nice property. Clean and well appointed. Lots of little extras that made the stay extra enjoyable. Jasmine, the owner, was easy to reach and very responsive to text communications. The only recommendation for consideration would be one more lamp somewhere inside so all the lights don't have to be on at night when trying to wind down. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Augusta area

The cottage was extremely well furnished. The hosts are nearby if you need anything. The property is located near every place we needed to be in the CSRA. We loved the fire pit especially. Next time we will try out the disc golf.
