"The house was clean and welcoming, with a great back yard. I have family serving at Kings Bay Naval Base and the location couldn't be any better. The host was excellent, and was always available with any questions or concerns. I would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Kings Bay area. "

"It was disappointing. We booked a month and would have left sooner if we hadn’t paid. Unfortunately the bathroom fixtures needed repair and should have been looked after before we arrived, not during our stay. I am glad she did finally listen and have the tap replaced. The oven did not work in the stove and needed a repair man. That too was fixed The fridge needs to be replaced and has a leaking problem. The screened in porch needs screening repair. Only three dining chairs for a four guest...

"This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true.
