"This property checked all of our boxes… pet friendly, close to our family and affordable. We felt perfectly safe walking our dogs in the neighborhood during the day and in the middle of the night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of room for our nieces and nephew to spend a couple nights with us. They thought the pullout sofa was extra fun."

"Loved this property, would rank one of top 3 VRBO’s have stayed in ever!Clean, convenient…moments to downtown Defiance, retail stores, and restaurants. Can’t say enough good about The Aviator’s Lounge…atmosphere great, from large screen TV’s to the wonderful Maytag Washer-Dryer. Awesome kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom (shower plenty of pressure)!Bottom line our new Defiance go to when visiting! Loved it!"

"Upon arrival we fell in love right away with the property, neighborhood and quaintness of the area. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room as we were in Rm 1. Great that we didn't have to make the stairs though. Loved everything about our stay and the quietness of the neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the front porch. All in all it was a great stay. Enjoyed all the text messages upon arrival up until leaving. Very personal and informative. We will definitely be back....

"I want to start by saying that i have given ample time for the owner to get back with me about partial refund for my stay. The listing atates that it is a 3 br 1 bath home this is inaccurate. It is a 2 br 1.5 bath duplex.When we arived the water smelled horrible. It was a very strong sulfer smell like rotten eggs. I contacted her right away.this took 5 days to fix. In the mean time were were buying bottled water to brush our teeth and showering at family house. The internet went out on day two...
