This amazing deck is an entertainer's dream; with a new gas BBQ grill, outdoor pool table and corn hole set. Relax in a new (2023) 7 person, 65 jet, powerful hot tub as you take in views of the surrounding pine and oak tree canopy. Deck is gated for child safety. The large property leads down to dry creek bed great for exploration.

Children and teens will be entertained in the charming A-frame loft. Kids will let their imaginations run wild with the custom-made twin bed sleeping cubbies or indoor playhouse tee-pee. The loft features a Pottery Barn Teen sectional, PlayStation with lots of games and a new Roku HD TV with easy access to streaming apps. The loft has a gate at the stairs for child safety.

Kitchen features band new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked to cook any meal. Farmhouse dining table off kitchen has seating for 8.

Living room features cozy mountain décor, comfortable leather couches and wood burning stove but blends modern and rustic with a 58” Flatscreen Smart HDTV with streaming apps. FREE High speed internet access. This room also includes a bluetooth soundbar for connecting your music

This 3 Bedroom + LOFT with upscale linens, new mattresses pillows and duvets will ensure a cozy night sleep. Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom has a King Bed, walk-in closet and private master bathroom. Master has a 50" flatscreen brand new Roku HDTV. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 – Queen bed. Loft - 2 twin custom built-in beds.

Flat driveway and only 3 small stairs to main living area, bedrooms and deck makes it ideal for people with limited mobility.

Our house is ideally located just under a mile from the Pine Mountain Lake Marina. This is a great beach! You can rent kayaks, paddle boats and enjoy great food at the grill overlooking the water. Kids love the swim platform and enjoy renting fishing poles and bait. There are bass and blue gill hanging around the boat docks waiting to be caught. We recommend adding some time to your trip to relax and enjoy this great experience.

Yosemite Park is just 25 miles away, but there are many other attractions in the area. Pine Mountain Lake amenities include our 18 hole Championship Golf Course, Restaurant & Lounge and Stables. This is a unique private gated community close to Yosemite National Park, nestled into the natural landscape of the pines, oaks and mountains of Tuolumne County, Groveland, CA.
There are three public beaches for our guests, The Marina, Dunn Court Beach, the Lake Lodge and Fisherman’s Cove (fishing only). A water taxi shuttle operates between the four locations during the summer.
The Marina Lakeside Café is open daily from May through mid September.
Pine Mountain Lake also offers a premier championship Gold Country Golf Course. It is available for public play and tournaments. After a long day on the greens, everyone can enjoy the Grill Restaurant and 19th Hole Lounge since they are open to the public.

Other activities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, a heated swimming pool (May - Sept), a full service Equestrian Center that offers trail rides, special excursions, play days, and children’s horse camps. *Some of the activities and amenities are seasonal. Guest Access /Parking Fee
Please note a one time $50 guest fee per car charged at gate by Pine Mountain Lake. The fee pays for unlimited entry/exit during your stay. The pass is good for up to 1 week. This fee is paid directly at the gate upon entry and does not go to us. All Pine Mountain Lake guest are charged this fee for all homes in the community.

The entire house is yours, minus one closet that has the housekeepers supplies.
