Our spacious and beautifully decorated home features all the comforts and amenities you need for a perfect getaway. The open-concept living area boasts ample seating, a cozy fireplace, and large glass door that fill the space with natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, is perfect for preparing meals and gathering with friends and family. We also provide rice, beans, lentils(dals), cheerios, pancake batter, coffee, teas and more for your convenience.

The house comfortably sleeps 7 guests with 3 well-appointed bedrooms:

Master bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and private access to the deck.
There is a comfortable convertible Sleeper Chair.

Bedroom 3: Murphy bed, shared bathroom


Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

The highlight of our home is the expansive deck overlooking the tranquil creek, where you can unwind with a glass of wine, enjoy a morning coffee, or simply listen to the soothing sounds of nature. Birds in the morning and frogs in the night. Not kidding.

- We do have a generator in case there is an outage.
- Our checkout process is very short and stress free. We do not give you a long laundry list of things to do. We understand that it is your vacation. Our cleaning crew will take care of most of the things for you.

Our home is ideally located for exploring the natural wonders of the region. Enjoy easy access to Yosemite National Park via 120, just a 30-minute drive away, and the charming town of Groveland, with its historic sites, shops, and restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby hiking trails, fishing spots, and golf courses. Don't forget to visit the stunning Pine Mountain Lake, perfect for boating, swimming, and picnicking.

To help facilitate your entry into the community, we will need to register your details in advance. This is simply a part of the community's procedures to maintain its tranquility and security, which we hope contributes to the peace and safety of your stay.

Upon your arrival, there will be a nominal Guest Permit fee of $46 per car to access the community and roadways. This can be taken care of directly at the gate upon your arrival. This permit remains valid for up to 7 days, and it's a community-wide policy that applies to all visitors.
