"Great for a solo traveler going to a concert. Star at the front desk was very helpful and connected me with other guests also going to the concert."

"Staff checking us in seemed as if she hated her job. We did not feel welcome at all. Bed was uncomfortable."

"Rooms are beautiful, would have appreciated a heads up that renovations were going on. Like the hotel a lot."

"Went there for a anniversary getaway was very nice and clean"

The breakfast was terrible too. The only positive was being...

"Found mold all in my room"

"One room had been smoked in you could smell it and the hvac unit was moldy smelling. While there my wife received a text and call from the hotels AI system telling her to open the door. And this week it has sent me a text telling me I still owe for the stay even though it has been paid."

"Rooms are not very clean. I did not like staying here. It is cheap, if you are trying to save money. No elevator."

"Hotel simples. Tapete do corredor muito sujo. Quartos antigos. "
