The partially covered terrace invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast together, relax with a book, or have a barbecue. Perhaps you’ll spot a deer striding across the field in front of you in the morning or evening light.

The sauna with a relaxation room on the first floor—which opens onto the spacious, south-facing rooftop terrace—offers a relaxing way to wind down after an active day. Even in the winter months, the terrace catches the sun and offers a pleasant space to take in the view of the surrounding fields and mountains.

In the renovated half-timbered house dating from 1838, you can sit by the wood-burning stove, listen to the wood crackle, or play billiards with your friends.

You can also enjoy the mountain views of the Lausche and the surrounding area from the four bedrooms. Two stylish bathrooms and a guest restroom combine design and functionality.

Let your thoughts wander as you sit by the fire pit on the large meadow, watch your children play soccer, or listen to the crickets in the evening, hear the quail, sit together by the fire, and experience the silence.
