The apartment is on a property of one hectare, wooded and flowered it enjoys an exceptional view over the Gulf of Ajaccio and is located 1.5km from the beach of Porticcio and shops (2 min by car) . In Porticcio you will find many activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, parasailing, horse riding, etc ... as well as boat trips to visit the bloody islands at sunset, Bonifacio, the creeks of Piana, the natural reserve of Scandola, etc ...

The pool measures 17m x 7m and with a depth of 1.20m to 2.90m is ideal for swimming.

The private terrace, with its wooden furniture, directly overlooks the garden, and you can admire the view of the Gulf of Ajaccio, the pool and garden. The barbecue is right next door.

The interior of the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms:

 The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hob, dishwasher and barbecue utensils.

A table, 6 chairs, a 2 seater sofa and 1 armchair are in the living room. TV and WIFI, and all the necessary comfort for 4 adults.

Possibility to use the washing machine and dryer of the property for stays longer than 1 week.

In the bathroom are a bath-shower, a sink, a toilet.

Linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price and changed weekly.

End of stay cleaning is also included for periods of 7 nights and more, it is optional for stays of less than 7 days (50 €)

Parking at will, in the large park, you can park your motorcycle, your trailer, your boat if you want ....
