This beautiful beach, 8 minutes' walk away, is pleasant at all hours of the day, with shaded areas in the morning.

Ground floor: living room with open kitchen opening onto the sea view terrace, a separate shower room and toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom on the mezzanine with 2-seater BZ and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
The living room is also equipped with a 2 seater convertible sofa.
All comforts: fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, stereo, small appliances and everything you need for cooking.
The terrace with patio is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, electric barbecue, parasols, etc ...

Beach equipment (parasols, chairs, etc.) available in the laundry room located under the terrace.
We are 1.5 km from the center of the seaside resort of Porticcio, opposite the Le Maquis hotel.

Weekly or fortnightly rentals.
Arrival and departure days can be flexible depending on current reservations.


Please note, the rental is well equipped and a kit of mattress and pillow protectors is provided on arrival, however sheets and towels are not provided.
Possibility to rent sheets and household linen by the Conciergerie who will welcome you (prices on request).
