This modern villa of type F6 and decorated with taste, offers 280 m ² on two levels (year of construction 2017/2018).
This is composed as follows:
- A living room of 100 m² with lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and laundry.
- A first space-night, consisting of two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) a closet for one and a dressing room for the other . One bedroom with sea view has access to the terrace.
- The second sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom, with private bathroom (walk-in shower, basin and toilet) and a closet. Plus a separate toilet.
- The third sleeping-space on the ground floor, consists of two double bedrooms with closet, a common bathroom and a separate toilet. Both have their own direct access to the pool.
