- A main 36 m² terrace with trees and sea views, equipped with garden furniture and a dining area.
- A second 15 m² terrace with a small seating and reading area

The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
