The swimming pool faces south, sunny throughout the day, terrace with pergola and sun loungers, fenced in, shared with other 4/6 other guest.

THE COST OF THE STAY DOES NOT INCLUDE ( to be paid upon arrival, cash only)
- The security deposit: € 300 which will be returned after checking out that there are no damages and that the cleaning conditions are acceptable
- The cost of air conditioning must be calculated based on consumption and deducted from the deposit
- Traveler fees € 1,50 for person for the first 14days (except children under 14th years of age).
- Shower gel and shampoo, dishwasher soap and washing machine are not included.
- Oil, vinegar and pepper are not supplied.

- Liquid soap for hands and dishes (no machine)
- 2 rolls of toilet paper
Household cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner provided


There is no air conditioning as the walls of the house are thick, with some care such as not leaving the windows open during the day the house stays cool
