Welcome to “Vier Jahreszeiten 2-49” in Großenbrode!

This vacation rental offers 46 m² of space for up to four people and features two rooms. The property is located just about 100 m from the beach. It offers a partial view of the sea and the beach, allowing you to relax and unwind by the water at the end of each day.

Inside, you’ll find a well-thought-out layout with a living room, dining table, and an additional couch. A bathroom with a shower and toilet ensures your comfort. Additional amenities include a coat rack and a dresser. The open kitchen opens directly onto the living room and is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Additionally, a kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are provided.

Practical services and technology are provided for everyday life and travel planning: Wi-Fi and internet access are available, and a TV and radio round out the media area. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Contactless check-in and check-out are especially helpful for your arrival and departure.

Outside, you’ll find a covered balcony. The complex is also designed with your mobility in mind: An elevator is available, and there is also free private parking. Since you’ll want to enjoy the surrounding area with various activities, using a car is recommended.

The location is ideal for a variety of vacation styles. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants (approx. 500 m) and shopping options (approx. 950 m). The nearest public transportation stop is about 800 m away. For day trips and daily needs, there’s also a doctor’s office, a bank/ATM, and a supermarket nearby. The surroundings are rural and located in a village, offering great opportunities for walking and hiking. For active guests, there are numerous activities available in and around the property, including swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, cycling, Nordic walking, jogging, hiking, as well as beach volleyball and soccer. Playgrounds are also available.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories high—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the resort are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a gate system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
