On a spacious 84 m² on the first floor, you'll find plenty of room for the whole family, as well as a lovely southeast-facing balcony where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the magnificent sea view.

The light-filled living area with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV invites you to relax and unwind. Even at breakfast, you can enjoy the maritime atmosphere and the sea view. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the essential utensils, including an oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine.

Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and spacious wardrobes. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom is furnished with a practical bunk bed (2 x approx. 90 x 200 cm) – ideal for children or additional guests.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity mirror, and heated towel rail. On cooler days or during typical North German weather, the private sauna offers relaxing wellness moments.

The apartment includes a private underground parking space (No. 7) in the building. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the underground garage's bicycle storage room.

Please note:
From March to November 2026, facade renovations will be taking place on the Bellevue building in the immediate vicinity of the complex. During this time, construction noise and occasional dust may occur. Thank you for your understanding – we look forward to welcoming you despite the construction work.
