The 58 m² two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the covered balcony, furnished with patio furniture and facing southwest, where you can enjoy the beautiful side view of the sea and the refreshing seaside climate. Spend relaxing and unforgettable moments here in a wonderful atmosphere.

This light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features underfloor heating, sun-protective glazed floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven.
The modern and cozy living-dining area features a double sleeper sofa (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches). The separate bedroom offers a high level of sleeping comfort thanks to a modern box-spring bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and is equipped with another flat-screen TV (40 inches). The hallway features a wardrobe and a bench that doubles as a seat and luggage rack. The stylish bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, a sink with a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and heated floors. The sunny balcony is accessible from the living area.

The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, pier, and 350-meter-long boardwalk. Enjoy a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are particularly popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.
