Welcome to the Sea View Villa – you can't get much closer to the sea. The "Seaside" penthouse apartment is located on the third floor and spans two levels. It offers three rooms on approximately 91 m² – divided into two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a light-filled living and dining area with an adjoining kitchenette. The special highlight is the northeast-facing balcony with its breathtaking sea view.

The communal sauna in the building can be used free of charge.

The "Sea View Villa" is in a prime location, just 50 meters from the beach! And the house is a great starting point for everything you might want to do on vacation:

Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all in the immediate vicinity. A bakery, a bicycle rental shop, and – for the more athletically inclined – a fitness studio are all within an 800-meter radius.

You can conveniently park your car in the building's parking lot (usually an underground garage) – and feel free to leave it there. It's best to get around on foot or by bicycle. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, offering excellent flexibility. Großenbrode is a fantastic starting point for all kinds of cycling tours: you can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour – even faster with an e-bike – or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and cycle directly to Fehmarn.
