Welcome to Apartment 52 in Building 2 of the Vier Jahreszeiten complex

The "Vier Jahreszeiten 2-52" vacation rental welcomes you right on the beach in Großenbrode and offers a comfortable home for up to four people in a 46 m² living space. The unit is located on the sixth floor of a building and is easily accessible by elevator. Your private parking space is available right next to the building.

The spacious living room features laminate flooring and invites you to relax with a cozy sofa area and a TV. Entertainment options also include a second TV, a stereo system, a DVD and Blu-ray player, a CD player, and a radio. Wi-Fi is, of course, available, so you can stay connected to the world even while on vacation. All windows in the apartment are fitted with privacy screens, so you can enjoy your privacy at all times.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and laminate flooring. To ensure a pleasant stay, you’ll find ample storage space, a wardrobe, and a coat rack. Children are warmly welcome in this family-friendly accommodation.

The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped and integrated into the living area. Here you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a Senseo espresso machine. With a full set of dishes, silverware, and various kitchen utensils, you’ll have everything you need for comfortable self-catering. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table.

The bathroom features a shower with a tub, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet. A shared washing machine and dryer are available in the building. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with an iron, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner.

A special highlight is the covered balcony with an awning, patio furniture, and its own beach chair. From here, you can enjoy an exceptionally good, unobstructed view of the sea and the beach. The views of the garden and surrounding landscape also provide a pleasant atmosphere for winding down at the end of the day or enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of a village yet remains centrally located, allowing you to enjoy both the rural surroundings and proximity to a wide range of recreational activities. The kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach is only about 100 meters away. Shops and restaurants are about 500 meters away. Medical care is also available nearby, as are a bank and an ATM.

A wide range of recreational activities such as swimming, water sports, fishing, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, boat trips, hiking, walking, jogging, biking, and Nordic walking offer you numerous opportunities for active recreation. There are also playgrounds in the area, which is especially beneficial for families with children. Sports activities such as soccer and gymnastics round out the offerings.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
