Welcome to Magiuli Le Rouret, a charming maisonette for 5 people located in the heart of the Village du Rouret Pierre & Vacances in the Ardèche.

Spread over two levels, it has a bedroom with 3 single beds, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a pleasant private terrace to enjoy meals and evenings outside.

The accommodations are located in a quiet and wooded environment, ideal for families wishing to discover the Ardèche while enjoying the facilities of a holiday village.

During your stay, you can access the various swimming pools of the estate as well as the many free and paid activities offered on site: playgrounds, mini-golf, sports fields, tennis, paddle, equestrian center, bowling alley and leisure areas for young and old. Restaurant and grocery store are also available on the estate.

The house is ideally located near Ruoms, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Via Ardèche greenway and many must-see tourist sites.

For your comfort, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.

Self-arrival thanks to a secure key box. Travellers can then go to the Pierre & Vacances reception to obtain the bracelets giving access to the various aquatic areas of the estate.
