A 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beachfront villa. Close to other beaches, restaurants, golf course, shopping and nightlife. Wake up to the chirping of tropical birds, enjoy coffee on the front porch as you watch the sail boats go by, have afternoon cocktails in the hammock as you capture the amazing sunsets and go to sleep to the sounds of the gentle surfs of the ocean. A fully equipped kitchen for small and large gatherings. Tours to various attractions and car rental can be arranged upon request. A truly relaxing place in the sun to enjoy your Caribbean dream vacation.

Please note that we make one bedroom available per couple. Starting with the master suites.

Perfect Vacation Retreat

We were so impressed with the home and property! The view from the master sweet and main patio are breathtaking. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed throughout the week. Esther was extremely kind and helpful making us dinner reservations and giving us tips to get around the island. There are grocery stores nearby and are easy to find. There is so much to do on the island, we really enjoyed the mud baths, waterfalls and the street party was tons of fun! This was a perfect vacation for us and we look forward to our next trip back!

Wonderful break from winter

The property is beautiful, the views from the balcony of the ocean and the sound of the pounding waves are wonderful, and watching sunset every evening over Pigeon Island while relaxing on the balcony was incredible. Esther is wonderful and did an incredible job helping us make the stay memorable.

Great place to stay

Excellent property location! HUGE house, private small beach. Property manager was outstanding in solving any minor issues! You will not get a better Atlantic Ocean view from here.Only thing was deceiving the listing in VRBO shows all the rooms, but it was actually depending on the no of occupancy. 1 or 2 or 3 rooms. So make it clear at the time of booking.

Amazing Villa - Stunning Sea Views

We stayed here for our second week of the trip over new year - the place is huge has everything you need and one of the better roads to it (some are very unsurfaced) Esther the villa manager is extremely helpful and often on-site if needed - Jason the gardener lives on-site and left us coconuts on the doorstep a few days - the water from them is lovely. We loved exploring the local area by car, lovely beaches bars & restaurants and local culture. A visit to Cotton Bay on the East side is a must, unspoilt and quite you can just drive on and chill! The Villa has its own small beach and there is also another one a short downhill walk away. The Aircon in the Bedroom was amazing and boy you need it at night. The TV has worldwide channels inc UK live TV and Movies. Would have no hesitation to return Row & Suzi Tompkins

Villa worked out great. Everything there that we needed and Jason, the onsite guy was awesome. Even cut us some fresh coconut for us to drink. The host is great and reaponds quickly. Highly recommend staying here

Amazing!!!!!

My husband and I stayed for a week during the T20 World Cup. We were greeted by Esther who was an excellent hostess. The house was even more beautiful than the listing. The views of Pigeon Island and the sunsets were magnificent. We snorkelled everyday right off the backyard. Waters were calm and clear with lots of marine life. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. If I return to St Lucia, we will definitely stay here again. And did I mention that Esther is awesome!!!’

A BEAUTIFUL waterfront home with a host and team truly committed to the guests

First,, the home is incredible. The views are amazing, the neighborhood is secluded, the local beach scene is beautiful, cool, and authentic (or is upscale if you visit the resort beaches that are walking distance), and Pigeon Island National Park is a local gem with great beaches, interesting hikes, and history. But this trip was not perfect.. there was a mistake either the booking so the host was not aware we were arriving until just hours before arrival. The home was being painted. Marie found us a place to stay nearby, revised her renovation schedule, had the home cleaned and prepped, and by 10:00 am the next morning we were at the home. Sometimes the truly great hosts are defined best when the unexpected happens. Marie took care of us. And I cannot leave a review without commenting on the house hosts - Esther and Cyrus, who went the extra mile to prep the home on short notice for our arrival. We LOVED our stay in Gros Islet and cannot wait to visit again!

Lovely, Perfectly lovely

This was a much needed holiday for myself and two friends. We hadn't had the chance to travel together since BC. I decided against a hotel and so happy I found this home on VRBO. It was a perfect fit for us. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms each in a different corner of the house. The kitchen is large and well stocked with cooking implements. The living room, albeit a bit warm, is large and has a huge TV for movie night. We had a vehicle so was easy to get around and out and about. The bedrooms are good sized and had comfortable beds and bedding. Each bedroom had its own a/c unit that cooled the rooms quite nicely. The living room did get warm-ish, but well, it is a tropical location so that is to be expected. With the doors open and a fan it was fine. We LOVED the porch off the living room for morning coffee and evening bevvies and sunset watching...perfect spot for spectacular sunsets. The property is facing the ocean and here are some nice loungers further down towards the water. There really isn't a beach per se, but the water is accessible and was nice for an afternoon dip. If you have a car, it's easy to access the shops in the Gros Islet area as well as driving into Castries. We had an excursion to a rum distillery. Highly recommend that for some free flowing rum tasting. If you have never traveled to a tropical location, prepare yourself! Anyway, I highly recommend this location. Marie is very accommodating with questions and Cyrus, the onsite caretaker is helpful and kind.

St Lucia vacation

The views of the ocean from the property and the sunsets were amazing plus having your own private beach which we used every day was awesome! If you want to go to a nice sandy beach it's only a 15 minute walk away. Cyrus the care taker was great, answering all of our questions and helping us with any situations that occurred, even being our own personal tour guide at times. We loved this property and would certainly stay here again. By the end of the week I even got used to driving on the opposite side of the road and the crazy narrow hilly roads.

Spectacular location, but could be better equiped

Lovely house, just falls short in a number of areas: Bifold Doors don't all open very well. Some window shutters won't open (painted over?) Oven not working Shortage of kitchen utensils, bowls etc Ceiling fans & A/C in 3 of 4 bedrroms, but no A/C in bed 3. No A/C or fans in main living area, making this room very hot at all times. Almost unuseable for us. Some external trip hazards - metal handles on "covers" outside front door and on patio. Glass table top on low table in living area has quite sharp corners that protrude over the table itself so they're not easy to see. Resulting in one or two grazed legs. Shower heads not in great condition. Some lights not working and very few bedside lights in whole property. Generally a lot of lighting was either too harsh (i.e. patio) or too dim (bathrooms). We reverted to candles on the patio every evening. Stone paving steps down the garden to the sea unstable. No basic instructions or local info available at the property. In fairness, some of these issues may be related to Covid precautions, and we could have approached Cyrus the "caretaker" regaridng some, but they didn't all impact our stay too much. Cyrus was always very helpful when we did speak to him. Beautiful views from the large patio and magnificanet sunsets every evening. But we all felt it could be much more with some attention to detail.

Great spot enjoyed our stay immensely

We were seeking a quiet place on the ocean away from distractions where my wife and I could have privacy and unwind. We stayed in the villa and could not have been more pleased. Lots of room, great kitchen, and Marie the owner was very responsive. Cyrus the on site manager was always there to help, did not bother us at all , and was simply amazing. If we have the occasion to return to St Lucia, we will be staying there again.

Wonderful Villa!

The Villa is beautiful and the views are amazing! Both Cyrus (the caretaker) and Cyrus (transportation) we’re so very helpful. The food prepared for us upon our arrival was wonderful and plentiful. I highly recommend staying here.

Best Place We've Ever Stayed At!!!

I definitely recommend this place? It is exactly what you see in the pictures. We love that it was at a quiet part of the island and we had much privacy. Cyrus, the host, was AMAZING! We stayed just as the COVID 19 crisis hit, and Cyrus and Marie kept us up to date on closures around us. We wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately the airport was about to close so we had to leave while we could. Thank you Marie for all you have done for us during our stay. Thank you Cyrus for being such an accommodating host! We hope to return soon! St. Lucia is so welcoming and beautiful. The house was very spacious and the view is priceless! Having our own private beach was fantastic!

Secluded paradise

My cousin and I stayed for two weeks. The night we arrived we had asked Nicole to make dinner for us. We were delayed by traffic on the way from the airport. She was there to show us around and serve a delicious meal. We spent many happy hours there on the terrace, enjoying the view and listening to the waves. The house is spacious and is both elegant and homey. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside. The kitchen is really well equipped. You can walk right down to the water and swim. Good markets and restaurants are nearby by car. But the property is private and beautiful. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

great beautiful property. Nicole was a great cook and we had her cook 4 times. Helped when we needed anything. Cyrus, the property caretaker was absolutely wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. Cyrus, the driver was amazing, always on time, took us everywhere we wanted to go and stayed with us at markets and the volcano and the mudbaths and the Gros Islet Friday night fish fry where it was great to have someone with us that knew the people and the locales. We did not have to be left on our devices when we did not know where to go. Took us to the beaches negotiated rentals so we did not feel taken advantage of. Took us to lots of places to eat where the locals ate when we wanted to go to local restaurants and advised us about which of the high end restaurants were good. We called them the 3 amigos and with them we never had a request that they could not fulfill. The people of the island are so friendly and really go out of the way to please you. We always felt safe and comfortable on this island. We have been to other islands and this was the best experience we have ever had and will return for sure.

Amazing place in the heart of Saint Lucia

This is simply a small paradise. If I have a recommendation to the owners is to update the pictures on the posting as the property is actually way better. I will definitely come back!!!

A special place in a beautiful setting

The views from the balconies are breathtaking! The villa is very beautiful with high vaulted ceilings. I recommend having Nicole cook for you on the first night. She made everything so easy for us and cooked way more than I expected. Her meal lasted for several days making it an excellent value and so delicious! Cyrus was always helpful and friendly. Such a nice man! We were able to swim at the beach below for the first few days, but you really can't do that without water shoes. There are many sharp rocks to avoid! It became windy at the end of the week making the waves too dangerous for swimming, but Cyrus told us a shortcut to the Royalton Resort, a five minute walk down the road. You can swim there, but can't use the facilities without a fee. We also liked the beach at Sandals on Pigeon Island, about a ten minute drive. Tips For Other Travelers: 1) You won't have the villa to yourself. There is a rental apartment under the master bedroom. The windows don't close, so the noise does drift up. You might want to consider choosing the back bedroom if you are a light sleeper. 2) Keep the outside doors closed after five o'clock. We let in a ton of mosquitoes and never got rid of them. (Cyrus sprays them between guests, so you probably won't start out with any.) 3) We needed to buy our own salt and pepper, laundry detergent, Kleenex and toilet paper. (You get one roll for starters.) There are two Massy supermarkets close by in Rodney Bay. That being said, I would definitely recommend this villa for it's exquisite beauty and unique character. Charming!

A view to dream about

The house is stunning, high ceilings, an amazing piece of architecture and the location is perfect. We spent most of the holiday on the huge terrace soaking up the view of pigeon island and the sea. We stayed here before and came back because its so Beautiful. We hope to come back again
