"As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. "Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist."

"Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien. Es klappte alles super. Unsere Fragen an Giulia wurden sofort beantwortet und von Ihr oder Remo erledigt. Der Pool war super. Zu den verschiedenen Restaurants braucht es das Auto. Das Essen auswärts war immer sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienaufenthalt."

"We had a wonderful stay in Julia’s apartment in the Quadrilatero neighborhood of Bologna. It is a charming apartment and pleasant (short) walk to many of Bologna’s attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. As other guests have noted, because the apartment is in the heart of the Quadrilatero and above lively restaurants, there is a lot of noise at night and in the mornings so I would highly recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Thanks to Julia for her patient and timely directions...

Wer raus aus dem Trubel und Natur erleben will, der kann von diesem Ort aus sehr schöne Ausflüge machen und wandern..Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war perfekt, Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos, das Apartment ist nett eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und leben braucht."

"L arrivée dans cette grande maison avec tout le confort est facile avec la boîte à clés. Environnement très calme et propriétaire très réactif. À refaire "

"Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La location était parfaite pour une famille de 11 personnes avec ses 5 chambres (dont une en mezzanine au-dessus de la cuisine où le frigo faisait du bruit la nuit) et ses 5 salles de bains très appréciable pour partir à l heure pour les visites. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin avec la piscine, la table de ping-pong et le bbq. Davide a été de très bons conseils pour les excursions et très disponible tout au long du séjour. "
