"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels. "We really enjoyed the accommodation. It is located in an easy-to-access and quiet area, very close to Interlaken Ost station. We stayed in a room with a river view, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful! The breakfast is simple (nothing excessive), but very good... we did not miss anything. Perhaps one point to consider is accessibility for some people, since depending on the room you may need to go up or down stairs carrying your luggage by hand, as well as the lack of a TV in the room....

"Clean rooms and property. Very friendly staff. Great location and breakfast each morning. We had the family room and it was perfect with a separate room that had bunk beds. Just a note: there isn't a fridge if you plan to buy snacks and there isn't ac, which was fine in May but could be hot in the summer. Great hotel! We loved our stay!"
