The minibar in the rooms are complimentary and no charges are ever made from the room. If you are using the honesty bar in the library or ordering from any other location then all extras are chargeable.If we have made a mistake regarding your bill, we will of course refund you accordingly.

All our King beds at the Retreat can be made up with a firmer mattress and pillows, it is possible to request for our team to put in firmer mattresses and pillows had we have known.
