"Benjamin as a host was wonderful!House was just as described and worked great. Hot tub was lovely, the basement was great for movie night, and Urbandale is a great suburb and it was easy to get around."

"Very comfortable, large house! There was plenty of room for our group of eleven to spread out. We had a minor issue with ants and a slow draining tub, Beatrice was very quick to reply and take action. We had a wonderful time, but had to be cautious of the rug in the upstairs living room, it can be a trip hazard. We would rent again!"
