Unit Layout

"Lei Suve" is a beautifully appointed 5-room vacation rental spanning 200 m2 across 2 levels, oriented in a south-facing position to maximize natural light throughout the day. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and features an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes. From this space, direct access leads out to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with a dressing room and a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a separate WC and a bath with shower also available on this floor, along with a further exit to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen opens directly onto an additional terrace and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.
