It’s easy to imagine relaxing at this elegant villa, under palm trees beside the azur pool, or in one of the welcoming rooms surrounded by colourful paintings and objets d’art. Along with enjoying a lush setting in enclosed grounds, it is only a short drive to the beautiful renowned hilltop town of Grimaud and the glittering St Tropez coastline.
With its warm yellow walls, shutters and terracotta tiles, this recently built villa exudes Mediterranean character, with the benefit of contemporary comforts. Each of the attractive bedrooms has en suite facilities, and the sociable open plan layout is ideal for holidaying together in style. Keen chefs will delight in the superb up-to-date kitchen or the Egg barbecue, and apéritifs and leisurely meals can be enjoyed in the sunny dining room.

Multiple glass doors throughout the living spaces lead you straight onto the fabulous pool terrace, perfect for sunbathing after a dip in the pool. A delightful outdoor lounge sits to one side whilst the landscaped garden is dotted with palms and olives trees and framed by conifers which provide dappled shade and privacy. Entertainments on hand include a badminton net, table tennis and boules. 

Shops and restaurants can be found conveniently nearby in Grimaud (3.5km), and there are bars and restaurants aplenty along the coast in Port Grimaud, Sainte Maxime and the trendy harbourfront of Saint Tropez (11km) not to mention the many attractions of the Côte d’Azur. The nearest beaches are about 5km away, and it is just 15km to the legendary Pampelonne beaches to the west of St Tropez. Also don’t miss the quieter pace of the traditional villages and woodland walks in the Massif des Maures further inland. Nice airport is 116km, about 1.5 hours drive.
