"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.
Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
"The wonderful flower and shrub display as you enter the hotel. And the excellent way the hotel is furnished. Also the different Bars, Piano bar, American style diner etc."
"The property was ideally located for exploring the island. The sea view rooms gave amazing views across the bay, albeit across one of the main roads to the east of the island. Each room has a fan. There is no air conditioning. The rooms face the afternoon sun so do get warm but can be ventilated as the window slides open. The rooms were spacious as was the bathroom and our request for an accessible room was accommodated.

"Hotel was excellent within easy walking distance to main shopping areas with bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were great and very informative regarding transport etc , would highly recommend the Monteray whilst visiting Jersey "
"Large well equipped and comfortable apartment. Although near to the bus station there was no noise problem. Could hear clubs at the weekend, but the windows are well insulated.
The staff were helpful and friendly.

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We shared one family room (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant), which was quite cosy but worked well for us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but could have better options for vegetarians.
The area is not the prettiest, but the city centre and playgrounds can be reached easily by foot (10-15 minutes)."
