"Miles was a fantastic host. Super friendly and all communication was straightforward and timely. The property is small, but felt spacious for one person. Having a full sized shower and washer/dryer was incredibly nice. The kitchen was not built out when I stayed, but the kitchenette was more than enough.I enjoyed the location. "It was really nice for our party of 5 to travel with 3 adult kids and have 4 bedrooms. The windows are brand new. The property is nice and felt safe. There are skylights throughout. It's very bright from the skylights. We were only there for 2 nights so we didn't have the opportunity to check out the gym. It was a good value for the price."

"The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. "I think this is our fourth stay! We really enjoy the ability to settle in with our fur babies and be able to cook in the well outfitted kitchen. The location, for us, is perfect as we are between Battle Ground and Portland to visit family and friends. Love being able to do laundry because when we’re here we’re usually staying for at least a week. There is train noise, but we haven’t found it to be a huge issue. Thanks for another great stay!"

"A very comfortable space to relax in after you return from exploring Portland. This three bedroom home had everything we needed to meet our expectations. The beds were super comfortable top quality mattresses and bedding. We were provided with plenty of supplies and linens. Trevor was very responsive to messaging and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. Thank you Trevor we really enjoyed our time in Portland!"
