🏢 Located in hyper city centre, discover our superb flat renovated by an architect, on the top floor.
It consists of:
- an entrance hall with storage space;
- a magnificent living room;
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room;
- two bedrooms, one on the first floor;
- a bathroom with a large bath and toilet.

🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas:
- a first bedroom with 160cm bed and TV.
- a second bedroom with 2 single beds, storage space.

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a flat screen TV (with Netflix ;)), free wifi connection, kitchen facilities (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Tassimo tea machine, toaster, kettle etc...), storage, washing machine, air conditioning, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍 Located in the Hyper centre district of Grenoble, opposite the beautiful Victor Hugo square. This area is teeming with small and large shops, small cafes and very good restaurants. The historical centre of the city is 3 minutes away on foot.

🚌 Getting around:
You have access to public transport at the foot of the building: Trams A and B, Bus.
Grenoble train station is a 5 minute walk or a Tram stop.

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except Sunday) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you bring your pet with you, we charge €12 incl. VAT/animal/day.
