Great location on the 1st dune

This authentic holiday home is reminiscent of a traditional seaside hotel. Originally built in 1927, it has been continuously maintained over the years. The rental includes the ground-floor apartment with its own separate entrance. The first floor is not included in the rental and may be let separately. The house is located next to the dunes, where public access is permitted, and if the first-floor apartment is occupied, those guests will need to pass by. This has always proved to be unproblematic.



The house is painted red with white-framed windows and features a 40 m² white-painted terrace. From the terrace, you step directly into the dunes, where the view is truly captivating. The beach is approximately 100 metres away, and the surrounding dunes offer a network of walking paths. The property is not fenced.



The bedroom contains two box mattresses measuring 160 x 200 cm. In the veranda section of the living room facing the sea, there are also two sofa beds, each sleeping 2 people.



The living room features a wood-burning stove (a closed model similar to a traditional tiled stove, which takes some time to produce heat), a TV with Chromecast and free internet access.



The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday cooking. The bathroom has a shower. The house is heated by a heat pump, providing efficient heating and a comfortable indoor climate. It is a lovely holiday home all year round, but during the winter months, please note that it is an older property and is not fully insulated.



This is a very cosy holiday home close to, among other attractions, the Kattegat Centre, the marina and the ferry to Anholt. It is lovely to stroll around the marina, where you will also find a restaurant and an ice cream café. The area offers an excellent child-friendly beach, beautiful nature and peaceful surroundings.



If you enjoy hiking, you can take wonderful walks along the sandy beach, which forms part of the Mols Trail, or through the nearby holiday home area towards the forest plantation to the south and west.



Just two minutes from the house is the plantation, where you can enjoy cycling or mountain biking, offering activities for every taste right on your doorstep.



Grenaa, a market town with more than 500 years of history located approximately 3 km away, offers excellent opportunities for sightseeing and shopping. The house is also ideally situated for day trips. Djurs Sommerland, Scandinavian Wildlife Park, Randers Rainforest, Ree Park, Fregatten Jylland, Ebeltoft Brewery, Mols Bjerge National Park and Den Gamle By in Aarhus are all within approximately one hour's drive.
