"At check-in, the person at the reception, a short man with a beard and grey hair, was a bit grumpy. Our reservation was for 1 couple and 1 child, but according to him it was for only 1 couple and he was apparently irritated that it would be necessary to make another bed in the room (detail: it was just "transforming" the sofa into a bed). The other staff are friendly and helpful. The advertisement says that the hotel has swimming pools, but in reality the pool is a public space; what the hotel...

"Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "

"A hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list."
