The 43 m² studio apartment in Greimerath, Eifel, accommodates up to 2 guests. It features a combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a private, fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. For your comfort, you have access to high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, your own air conditioning, a TV with video-on-demand, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer.



Relax on your private balcony or unwind on the shared, uncovered terrace. The spacious communal garden invites you to linger. Large panoramic windows offer wonderful views of the garden and the Eifel landscape, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. A shared barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and table tennis provides entertainment.



A shared parking space is available at the house, and there is a lockable bike room for your e-bikes and bicycles. Smoking and pets are not permitted, and events are not allowed. Please note that three dogs live on the property and roam freely. Chickens are also kept in a separate part of the garden.



The accommodation is centrally located in a quiet area with excellent bus connections right at the door. The Maare-Mosel cycle path passes nearby—ideal for cyclists. The Lieserpfad, one of Germany’s most beautiful hiking trails, and the 28-meter-high Klidinger waterfall are easily accessible. During your stay, you can enjoy homegrown herbs, vegetables, fruit, homemade jam, and honey. Childcare, toys, and books for children are provided.
