3 Cabins, 2 Acres, Private Pond, Walk to Restaurants, 4 Separate Sleeping Units

3 cabins come in this booking! Our cabins have four separate units with separate entrances. Our cabins are perfect for large family or large group getaways. Altogether we have 7 bedrooms/5 bathrooms/1 king bed/3 queen beds/2 queen sofa beds/1 full sofa bed/6 twin beds/1 twin sofa bed - sleeps 20-21. No pets - sorry!

Our 2 acre property has lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful Greer weather and views. Our cabin on the lower acre has 2 patios with stunning views of our private pond and the mountains around Greer. Our pond is naturally spring-fed and we are the first pond of many that the spring feeds. It is approximately 90' x 40' and about 3' deep in the middle. Our kids love to catch crawdads and minnows in the pond. We enjoy that they are occupied, and we can get quiet time while enjoying the views. The cabin on the upper acre has a large deck overlooking our fully fenced grass yard. Wake up early in the morning and sit out on the deck with a cup of coffee to see the elk and deer "mowing our lawn."

The upstairs unit of the cabin by the pond is ~800 square feet, has a full kitchen, laundry closet (bring your own laundry detergent), a room with a queen bed, a room with twin bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, a large living room with amazing views of Greer, a dining table for 6, bar seating for 3, a large couch, blazing fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and hundreds of DVDs. Sleeps 6.

The downstairs unit of the cabin by the pond is ~600 square feet, has a room with a queen bed, a room with two twin beds, queen sleeper sofa, 3/4 bathroom (shower - no bathtub), kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, and sink), a living room with a couch, chairs, blazing fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and DVDs. Sleeps 6.

The main cabin of our upper acre is ~1300 square feet, has a full kitchen, laundry closet (bring your own laundry detergent), a room with a king bed, a room with a queen bed, a pullout couch (twin size), 2 bathrooms, a large/cozy living room, a dining table for 6-8, multiple comfy couches, blazing fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku, and 2 desks/workspaces. Sleeps 5.

Our bunkhouse is ~500 SF, has a kitchenette (mini-fridge & microwave), bunk beds (2), a pullout couch (full size), a bathroom with a beautiful claw foot soaking tub, couches, a table with seating for 4, blazing-fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and DVD player. Sleeps 3 or 4.

When it's time to eat, we have two fully stocked kitchens with everything you need to feed a crowd. Each kitchen has a full oven and stove, microwave, and all the kitchen utensils and supplies you need. We also have 2 propane BBQ grills available on the patios.

Don't feel like cooking? Molly Butler Lodge and Restaurant and Rendezvous Diner are both a short 5-10 minute walk away. There are 2 more restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Take the quick 15-20 minute drive to Eager/Springerville for almost any dining genre you want.

Long day hiking the White Mountain trails or tearing up the slopes at Sunrise Ski Resort? We supply fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Wash and dry your clothes and be ready to take on the next day feeling fresh and clean!
