Welcome to Bear's Eye View #82, your family’s new favorite getaway! This spacious 2‑bedroom, 1‑bath unit offers 2,000 sq ft of comfort, all on one level, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The highlight? A huge covered deck overlooking the river — private, peaceful, and perfect for making memories.



The Space:

Inside, you’ll find a large living/ dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy family room with a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes two queen beds — ideal for families or groups!



Located right on historic Main Street and bordering the National Forest, you’ll have easy access to trails, shops, and the best of Greer. Kids, adults, and even dogs are welcome!



This cabin is loved for its space, comfort, and unbeatable river views.



The unit has a full-size kitchen to make all your meals as well as a propane grill on the deck for outdoor eating! The bathroom has a walk-in shower with towels and linens provided!



There is also an air mattress for the kids with the sheets and blankets provided.



Bear's Eye View is a unit inside a fourplex. It has a private entrance as well as a private back deck.



Guest Access:

Bear's Eye View has free parking right in front of the unit as well as a large, private back deck!



The Neighborhood:

Located on Historic Min Street in Greer, Bear's Eye View is nearby the restaurants, shops, fishing and hiking trails!

Note: This cabin is dog friendly. We charge an additional fee of $100 per stay. A maximum of three well-behaved dogs are permitted, $75 for each additional dog. Cabin pet rules are strictly enforced.
