"The king size bed is not a true king, it’s small and hard as a board to sleep on. Housekeeping did not leave all the toiletries in the room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths. And did not leave us Kleenex, soap, or lotion, I also had to ask for the body wash in the shower to be refilled, as it was empty when we got there. "GROSS pool and hot tub. There was very visible algae along the pool floor and hot tub sides. Dirty pool deck. Booked a king room with sleeper sofa. Room was very large. There was sadly hair on a bed pillow and clump on the bathroom floor. No shampoo in dispenser. Staff were friendly and there was ample parking. In spite of this, would NOT recommend."

"I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

"We were very impressed with the property, check-in was easy and the clerk at the desk was very friendly. The room was incredibly clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable, and I am picky about my mattresses! The AC unit was not too loud and kept good steady temperature, and the parking lot was not noisy at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
