"O Hotel é ótimo, gostamos muito da localização e facilidade para estacionar.
Tivemos um problema com a água quente do quarto e assim que comunicamos trocaram nosso quarto.
Ocorre que, na véspera de nossa partida recebemos uma ligação dizendo que precisávamos trocar novamente de quarto.
Isso nos causou transtornos pois estávamos com as malas abertas fazendo a arrumação para voltar.
Além disso, nos mudaram para um quarto muito menos e tivemos que abrir as malas no chão.

"The Royal Sonesta is always a good option at the Galleria area. It’s not as fancy as some other hotels, but it’s a fair/ decent choice! The bed is very comfortable and the room is in great order. The bathroom is really small, though. "
