"Front desk staff - Bad. On the phone at the same time she was checking us in. Reservation paid on the app. She wanted to charge again. Then, later I asked for more towels and pillows. She did not have with her but said she would send someone with it. Never came and 4 people showered with 3 towels and did not sleep as comfortably as could have slept. "
