"The desk clerk was helpful, attentive, and nice to us. When we got to the room, it looked like someone had diarrhea right before we walked in and it was all over the lid. The room itself was fine, other than that. A lot of cosmetic upgrades needed for bathroom, lighting, and closets, but we’re here for one night so I’m not concerned with that. The cleanliness is what bothered us. "

"My family and I was in town for a wedding. I must say this hotel was the perfect choice. The staff was super friendly and so accommodating! We traveled with young children and our dog. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was block(s) away from nearby shops, Haywood mall, and gas stations! Let’s not forget they serve free breakfast!"
