Welcome to our cozy newly renovated 3 bedroom home located just 3 miles from Downtown Greenville, very close to Cherrydale Shopping centers, restaurants and other top destinations where you can enjoy your trip either business, work or pleasure.
Families, those on business trips, pet parents or even solo travelers are welcome to enjoy our home.
The space
This is a single level home with some few steps at the front entrance and 2 steps at the back. The place comes with 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom features a comfortable Seally Posturepedic mattress. 2nd BR has a twin bunkbed Seally/Serta mattresses. Perfect for kids, where they can play on the new carpet safely would be nice if they don’t use their shoes on it so it would be free from any bacteria for your lil ones while playing. Books and toys are also available. 3rd BR is a new addition room. This was originally a 2 bedroom house just finished renovating / remodeling the whole house from new roof to flooring.

*Living room with smart tv with Roku and Wi-F. We uses a couch cover not just for protection for the new couch but also for sanitary purposes.

*Our bathroom is newly remodeled new bath tub, tub wall, toilet even the ceramic floor tiles. Cleaned and sanitized. Available Shampoo/ conditioner and organic bath soap,
Lotion, hair drier and clean towels.

*Comes with a laundry room with washer / drier and a place to hang wet towels and laundry basket.
Also available for your use: mop, broom and dustpan

*Kitchen- featuring all new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher ( detergent provided) , electric cooktop/full size oven, refrigerator/ freezer and over the range full size microwave.
Hot water/ tea kettle, toaster, pots pan coffee maker, including coffee, creamer, tea bags, sugar honey, and some spices for cooking.
Plates, glasses, wine glasses cups utensils, cutting board, dish drainer.
Guest access
Guests have complete access to our home, except for the small closet across the bathroom for storing our cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
Parents please make sure kids to be careful in climbing the bunk bed and don’t jump on or from it as we don’t want any accidents to happen and we won’t be responsible if any.
Pets are allowed and we don’t charge a fee but please clean after you pet and please make sure they don’t damage the furniture. Dog plate available but We don’t provide dog bed so please bring one with you.
